Lauren Nesher, PA‑C

Lauren Nesher is a board-certified Physician Assistant (PA-C), certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and licensed by the state of Illinois to practice and prescribe medicine. A North Shore native, Lauren earned her Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Health Sciences from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science.

Lauren specializes in medical and cosmetic dermatology. She is experienced in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, skin cancer, and contact dermatitis. She performs comprehensive skin examinations, biopsies, cryotherapy, and other dermatologic procedures, while working closely with her physician colleagues to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.

In addition to medical dermatology, Lauren has received advanced training in cosmetic dermatology and offers neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, biostimulators, laser treatments, and other aesthetic services. She is committed to achieving natural-looking results while prioritizing patient safety and individualized treatment plans.

Lauren is passionate about building long-term relationships with her patients and helping them feel confident in their skin. She remains dedicated to continuing education and regularly attends dermatology conferences and training programs to stay current with the latest advances in dermatologic care. She is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA).

Outside of the office, Lauren enjoys traveling, painting, cooking, and spending time with her family and her dog, Monet.
